Warranty

FenderNet OÜ provides a 6 (six) month warranty on all spare parts sold, unless otherwise agreed under separate extended warranty terms.

Warranty Class No. 1

1. The warranty period is 6 months, provided the part is installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. The part will be replaced with an equivalent part or credited. Shipping costs will be covered by FenderNet OÜ.
2. For spare parts sold for commercial vehicles, the warranty period is 6 months with a mileage limit of 10,000 km.
3. For auto repair and body shops approved by FenderNet OÜ, installation and removal costs will be reimbursed. Required labour time will be compensated as of 01.02.2025, based on the manufacturer’s standard, at a rate of €48/hour (excluding VAT).

Warranty Class No. 2

1. The warranty period is 6 months, provided the part is installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. The part will be replaced with an equivalent part or credited. Shipping costs will be covered by FenderNet OÜ.
2. For spare parts sold for commercial vehicles, the warranty period is 6 months with a mileage limit of 10,000 km.
3. Installation and removal costs, as well as consumables, are not reimbursed.

Warranty Class No. 3

Functionality warranty. The customer will be informed about the condition of the product or any potential defect. The right to return is 30 days, the product will be credited, and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Warranty Claim Procedure

Warranty claims must be reported in a timely manner, no later than 14 days after the defect or damage is discovered. The claim must be submitted to FenderNet OÜ, which will process the claim and inform the customer of further steps.

Repairs may only be carried out with prior written approval from FenderNet OÜ.
Warranty work started without approval will not be reimbursed.

Companies reselling FenderNet OÜ products may offer equivalent compensation and warranty conditions, but they are not obliged to do so.
If an equivalent part is unavailable, it will be credited.

For Warranty Class No. 1, installation and removal costs are also reimbursed.

Claims submission form

Components that are part of the product or attached to it are not covered under warranty (e.g. tensioner pulley, water pump, spark plug, glow plugs, brake pads, injector, bulbs, bearings, bushings, sensors, alternators, starters, high-pressure pumps, etc.).

Installation and removal costs are not reimbursed.

Warranty for Private Customers

The same conditions apply as for businesses, but installation and removal costs are not reimbursed,
except in cases where the product has been installed in an auto repair or body shop approved by FenderNet OÜ.

Private customers are always subject to consumer protection regulations.

ATTENTION!

Any visible damage to the packaging must be reported immediately!

Returned goods must be properly packaged and sent back using the same shipping method as originally delivered by FenderNet OÜ.

A delivery note or invoice must always be included with the return – without these documents, the return cannot be processed.

The customer has the right to return the product within 30 days of receipt :

Custom Order Products:
In the case of custom order products (including items specifically ordered for the client, e.g., from abroad), standard return conditions do not apply. A 50% deduction will be made from the refund amount if such items are returned.

If returned within 14 days, the return is free of charge.

3. If the return is arranged by the customer, they are responsible for all additional shipping costs.
